Day-by-Day Itinerary
Early hotel pick-up and drive to Sigiriya. Climb the rock fortress via the Lion's Gate and ancient frescoes to the summit for panoramic views of the surrounding jungle and reservoirs. After lunch, continue to the Dambulla Cave Temple to see five caves containing over 150 Buddha statues and painted ceilings dating back over 2,000 years. Return transfer to your hotel in the evening.
